A recent thread in the houston boards gave me this idea. Let's give it a try for a while, and see how it goes. If U have Thirdgen parts or thirdgen performance parts to get rid of, list them here in this thread. Even though there is a classified forum on the TGO board, let's give this a try since it will be midwest area stuff only.

Thread guidelines:
1. Make one post--AND ONE POST ONLY-- listing whatever U have to get rid of--Thirdgen parts only! Make sure to put the price of the item shipped to avoid clutter on this thread!

2. Keep your post/list of parts to get rid of, current and up to date. When U need to add or remove something to your list, use the edit feature.

3. Please take it to "PM's or emails" when U start talking about money --please limit the questions in this thread to-- "is it still available" or "what does it fit or type/style etc"-- type questions.

4. Any other "thread guidelines" will be posted if and when the need arises!

5. Universal fit parts and /or items such as tools are OK to list!

6. Complete cars for sale may be listed here.

I have a few things left to get rid of from a part out

Southern Illinois Near Carbondale about an hour east from St louis, 3 hours south of Springfield Il for a general placement reference.

1. 1989 GTA 9 bolt rear 3:27 LSD disk, no calipers. (275 pick up 300 shipped freight collect)
2. Hooker 2055's with the good 3" y pipe. Air injection welded shut. (275 shipped)
3. Good V8 T5 Bellhousing (75 shipped)
4. Serpintine belt brackets (150 shipped)
5. Auto trans crossmember (35 shipped)
6. GTA grey guage cover panel (50 shipped)
7. GTA 350 small cap Distributor GONE

I will also add parts as I see/think of/trip over/get irratated with.

 

Southern Illinois, in Carbondale have:

-MAC TBI FP gauge
-79 305 short block, has some rust in the bores but a decent core. I may try to hone it out even.
-set of 79 305 heads
-LT-1 intake/parts for anyone who may swap

-CS-130 alternator (new reman, 10 minutes run)
-stock alternator V-belt
-7 pin HEI module from 83 regal (should fit all large cap HEI) wells brand
-spare SBC stock water pump standard rotation
-Chevy II oil pan Moroso 7 quart
-2 stock TBI units from Astro vans
-misc electrical connectors, sensors, harness bits etc. etc. (if you have anything you need ask and I'll see if I've got it)
Binks 2001 suction feed spray gun W/Binks cup

-305 HG set
-Comp 981, Z28 etc. springs
-204/214 or 214/224 cam
-416 casting 305 head
-exhaust parts (bends, mufflers etc)

I am looking for a cheap Camaro roller in the free to $200 range title a must and perferably in good shape some rust in the floors ok but no body damage. And no rot that is detrimental to the strength of the car. I dont need any thing in the car as a matter of fact the less its got the better It just needs to roll and look like a car under a car cover
