anyone here going to the Car Craft show in July in St. paul Minnesota???

 

YUPPERS! ive been going every year,its a good time.Hopefully its not so damn hot and muggy

 

I am driving up Friday and going Saturday. Not sure on Sunday yet. Last year on Friday night, there was an Art Car show that was very interesting. Then it's time to get ready for Detroit and the Woodward Avenue Dream Cruise (you just gotta go there once).

We will be heading up around 7-8 AM Friday, and plan on being there through Sunday.

The Art Car Show was the 19th (yesterday). Too bad. But there is Elko Speedway on Saturday night. Nice show out there. And a live band in the bar after the races. I had a good time last year. Saturday night starting at 600 pm for $15 admission. It's south of Minneapolis on I-35, then about 4 miles west. Parking is in a dirt lot, so your car will get a little dusty. But they have lots of room so you can park waaay back by yourself. Anybody else thinking about going? They also have a bonfire pit where we could sit and get to know one another.

 

Well this is a tough one, can't decide to go or not. (convince me) Took the time off and everything but I may just end up trying to catch up on my car. If I drive up, it'll be friday morning early, it'll be in my other bird... kinda rusted but gets me somewhere for the dollar (literally)
