Education
technical school vs community college. Don't mind relocating, don't mind bad weather, dont mind simple living, good at saving money. what i want is a education path most likely to give me at least 35-40k a year salary/wages in preferably the automotive industry. I'd really like a job with a trophy truck team, but any performance team or parts company AS A TECH OR MECHANIC NOT A DESK JOCKEY would be awesome, wouldn't mind a dealership job, but i'd like higher wages, as far as tuition, im willing to pay more for a correspondingly good education, I'm seriously considering wyotech, and taking as much there as possible.
I would also enjoy a job as a welder, or maybe even a trucker, also what about UTI?

The school of Automotive Machinists in Houston Texas. I have a friend of mine that went there and was hired right out of school by Rousch racing and built engines for there Nascar teams. He now works for Cagnazzi Racing as the assistant crew chief. He said alot of race teams look to them for hiring there crew members.

Re: Education
Whatever you choose find something you enjoy. And the better you are at it the more you'll enjoy it and maybe you'll get paid even more for doing it. If you can find something that not everyone else does so much the better. For example you mention welding. Almost anyone can weld but if you can be a great TIG welder you'll be more in demand.
