down with pep boys
so my battery lost its juice so we go to pep boys and they say the cell is done with. So my dads like screw them and we took it to sears were we got it. Well it turns out it did work and just needed a charge. Pep boys just wanted money. o ya i also have a friend who works in the garage, well he says dont bring your cars there b/c the workers beat on ur cars and usually just mess things up!!!!!!!!!

having a dead cell isnt that uncommon. my bros focus had a dead cell, started fine but it would die every 2 minz. get a REAL shop(not a sears, pep boys but a private garage with a good rep) to look at it.

yeah pep-boys blows, i worked at store #24 in west chester, PA for about 2 weeks before i quit cause it sucked so bad. i would never bring my car into the shop they have no idea what they are doing. i took a $1/hr loss to go back to work at hollister in King of Prussia, which is 15 minutes farter away from my appartment. thats how bad it is to work for such a crappy company who's only care is how good their sales are.

i couldn't believe it either, but apparently it happens more than we all thought. i've seen worse though. if you're ever out my way, stay away from almost every shop, all crooks and inexperienced morons. there are less than a hand full of shops within a 30 mi. radius that i would take any of my vehicles too, and pep boys sure as hell isn't one.

ya
so i went to visit my friend yesterday at pepboys since he works there. Well one of the workers didnt cap up the oil so from the garage all the way home they leaked oil in excessive amounts until the ran out. Lets say it took about a few min to leak out.

I work at my fathers garage and do State Inspections. Some people that i failed for due to front end problems (like tie rods) They bring it to pep boys to get it fix.. So when they bring there cars back so i can pass them, i check it agian and they leave the tie rods loose?!
