Re: PIttsburgh
I need a drivers side door ground effect for an 89 RS. I have bought several on ebay that were listed as the right one, but nothing matches what I have. I'm pretty sure mine are stock for an RS.

Re: PIttsburgh
I'm up in the Slippery Rock area 20min above Cranberry. I turn 21 in June but once we set a date I'm down for meeting at Quaker Steak anytime. I've been wanting to do a third gen meet for awhile. I've done a few car shows but I never see any third gens so it would be nice to finally meet some others. I say if the weather permits we should meet sometime late March early April. I'm itching to get the bird out of hibernation.

Re: PIttsburgh
Hey guys I just wanted to let you know if anyone would be interested in a 9 bolt disc rear I found one at Wagner truck and van parts just north of Zelienople on Rt.19. The GTA that it is in a rust free and in really nice shape most of it is there, it is missing the seats and the console I think it has the rare digital dash. It was someones project that they just scraped. Not a dent on the body. Just an FYI.

Just found this thread. I have an 88 GTA and live in Derry/Latrobe. I go to school in clarion, and would love to meet up sometime for a show or something on the weekends.

I know that Arby's on route 30 in Latrobe does meets every Sunday starting in the summer probably within a few weeks if the weather stays nice. If not, they'll for sure start in June.

Re: PIttsburgh
Just your basic LG4 auto. It was a one owner car from down south. I got it for what I believe to be a great price. it will need some work, parts are just worn out. But, I drove it home 4 hours with no problems. Have a few months to decide what direction to go with it.
It's nearly identical to the one I sold 23 years ago

I will post more pictures as it progresses. I have an idea to make the 4th gen pillars work too. But be patient guys I have no garage and am doing this outside lol

Re: PIttsburgh
I'm a bit north of Pitt near the clarion area. I'm from forest county. If anyone around here has any third gen z28 parts or are parting one out I need a lot of odds and ends. My car is caged with a 383 and is set up for drags. A lot of my interior pieces went missing over the years and I'm converting this from a strip only car to street and strip so I'm trying to pretty it up. I need a strut tower brace, a wonderbar, maybe some gfx, a lot of misc interior. I'm starting to make a list lmao.

Re: PIttsburgh
Sharp car. would you recommend the shop? I don't want to get into your business. But, I have to ask the group. How much should I budget for a good paint job? I'm almost afraid to ask

Re: PIttsburgh
I have about 900.00 in it. I take an autobody class every Wednesday night. I used the schools paint booth and guns. I still have some buffing and polishing but I could live with the finish as it is.

Can anyone recommend a good paint shop in the Burgh area? I've got a line on a really weathered 92 1LE.

Re: PIttsburgh
seems to be dead of this thread and it really surprises me because ive seen more nice third gens this year than I have in the last 10 years in this area.
