Re: Snowed in

it sucks but I miss the snow I lived in west haven and worked at a town fair tire across from the post mall it would take me a hour to get to work in the snow because i had no back brakes from a leaking rear so I would come to a stop and start spinning like im doing a brakestand I would have to put it in neutral wait for green and back in drive and we all know they kick from the shift so off I go spinning my wheels through the light

Ill take that over the dust storm we had on saturday here in NM 70 mph winds and seems like a foot of dirt

Re: Snowed in

With a screen name like... yayoWHITESACK, I almost was scared of what kind of snow you got! LOL

I am getting more and more bummed that you guys back east are getting all the snow. I honestly hate the snow and live in CO, but I love having water, and you have too much.

We had 50mph winds here yesterday and I have my bottom cover tied to a old wheel and tire combo on each side of the car, the top cover is sung so it says on nice most of the time. Well we worked on the car Sunday and my buddy put the tie on the drivers side while I did the passengers side. Well I hooked the tie to the bottom cover and he hooked it to the top cover ERRRR. I got home from work to see my car sitting uncovered and a car cover on the ground on each side of the car. I hate wind almost as much as I hate snow and rain. Oh and the guy that misses snow-YOUR CRAZY lol!

Re: Snowed in

Getting pounded with the 2nd snow storm since last week..2 ft last week 7-9 inches today,, started snowing last night. The winds are gusting 50 mph,, last week was 70mph.. This sucks !!! I am extremely worried about my car, there are some pretty tall trees around it and already had 1 come down with branches and debris all over my roof luckily it didn't come through the house..My car is covered with a car cover and an industrial tarp,, it is well secured but in a bad place.... I hope everyone's car survives the storm with no damage and everyone stays safe and warm. Power outage warnings are in effect. the temp is 17 deg..... Pray for us in new England as we are getting hammered with some really bad weather.....
