I have that issue only because it came with a free issue of GM High Tech Performance cause popular hot rodding SUCKS

Believe only half what you read & only a 1/4 of what you hear, But have faith.

Gm has not & will not say anything about the next Camaro until at least 18months before it goes in to production.

 

I just hope they still will make then rear wheel drive and not cheaping out turning camaro's into front wheel.

 

the next camaro and the next GTO will be on a modified sigma chassis(CTS) but the camaro will not get a IRS

 

awww **** i wonder how much their gunna want for that bad boy

 

I think their only reason the camaro is returning is to get some of the mustang sales they say the V6 will be the same performance wise as the stang and the z28 will be slightly better than the GT and the SS will have a slightly detuned vette motor but all will likely change due to the fact that the new stangs all seem to have more power so who knows what 2007 will bring

oh price will likely be slightly higher than a stang as always

Camaro coming?

Faced with the imminent introduction of an already highly praised all-new 2005 Mustang this fall and nothing in the showroom to do battle with it, General Motors is eyeing a return to the pony car wars. So says Chevrolet general manager Brent Dewar when asked about plans for a future Mustang fighter. Says Dewar: “We’re working on that. We’ll have a competitor.”

 

a competitor could be anything.. hell the ls1 camaros are already a competitor and still whooping *** haha its no joke either!

 

LOL, yeah, no kidding. I was worried that the new Stangs would be a real threat to my LS1 at the track, but they are still high 13 cars, phew!

 

so is there any hard evidence that they are making a 2007 camaro? if so where can i read this info becouse i really want a new camaro:hail:

 

If you guys go read this The Guy known as Red planet works for GM & is one of the guys on our side........ Enough said.

 

That is, if the ECM doesn't shut off on them first.

Look in the new issue of hot rod magazine.

Supposedly if you rev the motor and strain it enough, the ECM will shut itself off leaving you on the side of the road.
