I've got a 305 I'd to do this to as well. Learned the hard way with an after market burn.

Not good.

What's up Steve, talk with Travis, he has all of the stuff to data log and burn chips. He has already burned a few for his car, and we have just begun data logging mine.

I'll wait till he gets himself up and running to bother him,I know he's gotta lot to do.I mainly would like to see what all the peramiters are and maybe do a little tweaking with it.Alex,How much hp and tq are you running with your tbi?I was told you can't support more than 375 hp with tbi.I might do a 383 tbi down the road and am researching a little now.

Depending on your ECM get the files needed and a copy of tunerpro and you should be able to see all the changes you can make.

I had to take a few backward steps to get past emissions - and the car's runnin' so good, I just let it be. The last time it pulled 250rwhp,320rwtrq.

Its not so much that the TBI can't support more than 375 (which is pushing it - and the idle would be tricky to tune) but there are much cheaper and more efficient ways to do it.
A tbi & 383 stroker motor imo, would be an awesome combo.

Steve, that's a nice looking blazer. You should take more pics, engine, etc. and post some, or at least update your car domain site with them.

This is really the only pic I have of it at the moment.I just put 700 bucks worth of new tires on it saturday so it looks better. The old tires were faded and small. It has a tbi 350 with a 700r4 with a shift kit, corvette planetary gears,hd torque converter,3.73 gears,Eaton posi,33" tires.I only paid $2,000 for it but just put $5,500 into it in the last month. It's a great runner now.I just installed Sirius sattelite radio,it's awsome.

Wow, didn't know you had that much money into it. Looks really clean, tires look great. Sounds like a strong runner, might even smoke the CFI, lol. Sirius sattelite radio, that's cool, I wouldn't mind getting something like that some day.

I was lied to when read the ad and went to look at it.I was told it had a 6" lift,it has a 3".I was told it had an Auburn posi,it was stock.I was told it rode really smooth,it shook the hell out of me.I knew the reverse was gone and would have to rebuild soon so that wasn't a big deal. The vibes were coming from this, the gov lok posi blew up,the guy at the shop didn't know what was holding it together.Atlest it's pretty much a new truck now.I may just put in a crate motor and not have to worry about it.

Damn, that sucks. I know how you feel, I get screwed over on my car when I bought it as well. But like yours, it's almost a new car now. Ya, go with a crate motor and then you won't have anything else to worry about, plus the truck is paid for and just like new.
