What's the powerband and expected output?

powerband says 2200-5800

my last cam said 1800-5800

dunno why the newer also only advertises 5800 rpm, since it has more duration. oh well. we'll see how it runs.

this is what desktop dyno projects with exact specs, compression, flow. everything.

what do you think?

Well who knows, every engine responds differently, especially when tuning is a big factor.
The powerband seems to be right for your application, seeing that losing torque down low doesn't matter due to the lack of it to start with the HSR.
If I go with a cam I'll be sticking with the 1500-5500 range to make the best of my TPI and 2400 stall.

will you be making any other modifications to the intake setup such as porting the TPI to at least give some breathing room for aftermarket heads and cam, or is the Edelbrock setup already free flowing enough for what you are looking for? Just curious. Glad to see it's coming together Travis.

My TPI is already ported extremely well, thanks to Bennie the first year I got the car.
That in addition to the Edelbrock base/runners was done in the beginning to prepare for future mods.
Plenum/runners/manifold are all nicely ported and gasket matched.
Some mods I am flexible on, but I've always known I was going to keep the TPI setup on it and see how fast I can go.

first off, it was 4.56 gears not 4.88 because I love to do highway racing and i know these auto's really lack that. maybe ill save those gears for my next roc. lol

and will, are you serious about helping, or is it wishful thinking. cuz you know, i WILL take you up on that offer.
