Might be moving
Well, after my sister informed me that she will not be watching my kids anymore and now I will have to pay out a little over 1,000 a month for daycare, we are thinking of moving to, gulp, Oregon
.If I do that the we won't have rent (1,200) a month and all we'll have bill wise is car ins., electric bill, and groceries. My wifes mom owns a house outright in Cave Junction and lives with her boyfriend so we will have the house to ourselves. We would be able to actually save more for a house if we do it but i HATE it there. If I do move, I will still try to make the big meets since you guys were my first.

I suggest the same, do what is best for the family.. If you are going to be that unhappy though, it may wear on everyone else nearby...Keep that in mind too. Free rent could easily make a man smile though.. 8^)

Yeah it would be a huge help in saving for a new house but I've been at my job for about 7 years and will have a hard time leaving. I carry the insurance so I would be staying for awhile and the rest of the family would go up and get situated. The bird will be staying with me and serving as my to and from Oregon for awhile.

1. whats the paint regulations up there in oregon?
2. Whats the chance you can get back into the paint business?

I have no idea. There is a body shop down the road but it looks like a junkyard so... My "father in law" has a huge shop at his house that I could use or my car but job wise, who knows.

traffics not that bad it just depends if you move to the bay area were the traffic is rediculous.
and cost of living isn't to bad, our super high pirced real estate market is falling and a good pace too.

I lived in Sac for about 11 years, actually about a mile from Terrell, then I moved to Lake Tahoe and tried to go back and it just wasn't happening, too many people.
