Today I was able to finally fire up my 350. What a great feeling it is to have all of your hard work come together and make a brand new engine come to life. Thanks everyone on these forums who have helped me get this thing going.

We had fans hooked up blowing on the Jet Hot coated headers, which was suggested if breaking in on a new engine.

is that the sound of just straight headers or do u have a full exhaust on there. That thing sounds healthy. What all have u done to the motor??

It just has a mildish cam in there right now. The engine was not tuned at all during that video and it was running a bit lean. The fans were for the JetHot coated headers. They told me they didn't like them being broken in on a new engine, but to put fans on them if I needed to. It was also a pretty hot day.

Now my next project: T56 install..
