Head lights

Whats up guys? Well weather finally gave us a break here so i was able to go out and take a look at my head lights. When i turn them on they do not pop up!!!??? I get power to the lights but i dont hear anything coming from the motors. I checked the fuses and they are all good. I do hear a clicking sound when you go from parking to headlight somewhere near the firewall by the drivers side any ideas what the problem is?

Re: Head lights

If you here nothing at the motor and the lights come on I would say it's the module on the firewall by the brake booster. If you here the headlight motors working but not raising up then they need a rebuild, it'l like 20 bucks for the kit. Good luck, Outtatime, Kairles, and myself are the only other norcalers that have birds but we can help.

HEY!!!! i got a bird you can get the kit from most of the venders on this site.. just check around for the best price. it is a really easy fix to rebuild. The hardest part is to get the old motors out.

Re: Head lights

I think it might be the module because i don't her the motors at all so i don't think they are getting power to them? Does any one know what the part is called for the module on the firewall and where to find a replacement?
