It would be cool if we could have a get together before i deploy. Late may early june is when i am shippin out.
I have friday an saturdays off.
Anything would be fun.

Bennie & I were thinking about a good time to do our GTG. We havent done our 2nd Annual Rocklin Automotive GTG yet.

Any saturday will work for me before the end of may.
I will even help with food or drinks or what not.

I enjoyed the last gtg, i want to leave for overseas with a great last memorie an something to look forward to when i get back. since i dont have a girl, make it the next best things cars. not any car third gens.

Rocklyn or Sacramento areas work well for me, they're only 4 hours away instead of the 6 to most other locations. I've been saving sick time so I will be sure not to miss this one. The only "blackout" dates I would have would be May 12th through 16th, other than that I'm good. I may even be able to show up in an f-body!

BTW,

I talked to Mark Demski at Fox 40 TV, he's the sports news caster that did my segement at Sac Raceway & high gas prices last year.

He also does a motorsports segment on Sundays on KFBK radio. I talked to him a couple days ago & he wanted to know when our GTG was going to take place. He wants to do a remote for the radio & get some footage to put on the news too.

I was in kuwait last year. this year I am going to afghan. the new battle field.
I will have to talk to my higher ups to get a sunday off so i can make it if its on a sunday. Shouldnt be a problem. I got money for drinks or food.

 

Im in nor cal. So cal is when i take leave to go home. But nor cal is were i am stationed, i say at the shop an get the radio guy an we have a good time doin what ever.
