Rounded top passenger side bellhousing bolt

I think I'm gonna end up having to pull my motor. (Trying to remove limp **** 700R4)

Keep trying to get it with the power tools. Eventually it will break free. Hammer on some sockets.

Maybe try a staring contest and see if it backs out...

Or try and use my favorite tool... Vice Grips!

I got lucky and didn't strip any of my bellhousing bolts, but I do know how much of a tight fit it is. I know I can see my top bellhousing bolts from my engine bay. maybe check it out.

What you should do is take a propane torch / map gas and heat up the head of the bolt and the surrounding area.

Then give it a few whacks with a hammer.

Then try to slam a smaller size socket on there (if it will fit, might have to file the head a tad) or as mentioned use vise grips, but get the vise grips on as tight as you can get them, then tap it with a hammer and it should pop.
