New Iroc to the Collection

A friend of mine decided to sell his 89 Iroc with the 350 TPI, and Auto. He had been working on dropping in a new engine and basically lost interest in it. So, when he said that he was looking to sell it for $1000 I jumped all over it. Only paid $800 for it though. The 350 hasn't been ran since he dropped it in, needs the starter put on, the Left header (came with shorty headers), radiator, and the exhaust ran. I found a fairly new radiator on CL, and also some Ground Effects in decent condition for my other Iroc all for $70. Right now I'm working on a Nitrous and Hot Cam install on a 97 Z28 so as soon as I get done with that I can get time to work on the Iroc. Pics are after I washed it up for the first time, the rear hatch is open since the battery is disconnected. And yeah, my tire on the SS was flat in this pic, damn screw!!

EDIT: I forgot about the Disk Brake rear end!!!

Re: New Iroc to the Collection

well how are we supposed to point stuff out if you point all of it out for us? Nah man that car looks to be in good shape. With your mechanical skills it'll be up and running in no time. the engine stuff is the easy stuff huh?!

Thanks

BTW does anyone have a stock exhaust/y pipe set up for an 89? something? I don't want to have the WHOLE exhaust re-done, trying to keep it as cheap as possible

A close family member wants to buy it from me after I get it running so I'll still have access to it
