Might be back soon

I posted my S4 for sale and once that sells, I'm looking for another project. I have found a few thirdgens that are calling out to me but have also found a couple of 1st gens too so I'm not sure. These are 2 that I've fallen for. The Z28 has aweful wheels and would get an 18-19" deep dish mesh style wheel. I love the Z28 and the color. The Iroc is in great shape and is pretty much new but has an LB9 which I'm not too fond of but might be able to overlook it since it has a T5. I could do a manual swap on the Z28 I guess. I have also been thinking about buying a cheap one with a blown motor or something and doing the LS swap I've been wanting. Which would you choose.

Here are a few 2nd gens I might get though.

Re: Might be back soon

I love the split bumper 2nd gens no doubt...it depends on how much of a project you want.

Of the two third gen's i'd go with the 92..last year and that blue is an awesome color.

Yeah, I can't make up my mind but between the 3rd gens, the Z28 has my vote so far. Can do a manual swap easily.

Re: Might be back soon

Ditto on what was already said.

I do love the early 2nd gens, but that 92 looks sweet and would be great to have a knowledgeable 3rd gen hobbyist back in the game.

Re: Might be back soon

If my vote counted (which I know it doesn't) I'd go for the Black IROC. But it is your choice. Good luck and let us know your pick.
