GM Parts Direct just declared my VSS on special order so there's no way it'll get here before Friday.
Does anyone have a T5 VSS that I can borrow/buy?
I'll toss you a couple bucks to borrow it or I'll buy it. I've got a new on on the way for $60, but I'll buy a used one to get me by.
Let me know what you have, I will come pick it up. Preferably Chicagoland area, but I'm pretty desperate...

Just to let anyone know, you can drive a SD car around a road course without a VSS sensor. Mine came in the mail Friday before I left but I ran without the sensor and the car ran fine. Threw a SES light a couple times, but other then that it was fine.
Was fine moving around the pits at ~5mph stop & go and had no problems going down to 1200RPM in 4th.

Car: 91 GTA, 91 Formula, 89 TTA
Engine: all 225+ RWHP
Transmission: all OD
Axle/Gears: Always the good ones
Can drive most anything without a vehicle speed signal.
Just how well it drives is the question
All the older stuff like our rides, can have some issues.
The IAC stuff and a few other things use the VSS to do functions pertaining to them in the code
U can get away with it for awhile, but do some datalogs and compare it to older ones when u had a VSS and u will see what I mean'
