I found out it IS possible for a car to hate someone, because mine hates me. Earlier this year my car broke down three days before I got my permit, that took a month or more to fix, now I get my liscence and the car is working great but the battery is beyond dead and the car is running on fumes and im not gettin payed for another month...i guess its a love hate relationship, I love it/ it hates me. xD go figure

dude that's nothing mine took over two years and I JUST got the bitch running PERFECT. I bought the car and I have to admit it was clean as a damn whistle as well the motor only had 90,000 on her and it ran like **** for ever I have replaced almost everything and LOTS of molah haha keep your head up and she will come out right. I almost gave up and sold the car but something told me not to and now I am so damn happy.

I still haven't gotten the trans out of mine, the damn zombie is still in the garage . . . I need more ammo

Haha, yup, I'm still there. Bought my Camaro in October 2006 as my first car (18yo and just started working 3 weeks before at my first job). I talked to a guy that wanted the car in a garage (he did not have one) and not sitting outside (he had respect for these cars) so he let me take it home (moms friend so that's why) and I would pay him in payments, not getting the title until last payment. I payed the car off, and have been fixing things wrong with it since. I am finally getting her out on the road this year 2010.

I totally agree with this phase. A PROJECT IS BEST WHEN USED. Basically meaning you'll like her once you get her running and in shape for daily use.

You can treat your car with all the love in the world and that still won't stop it from hitting a bump down the road. Cars are like humans. When they get sick they need the necessary attention to get it back to a healthy state.

And the main point I think everyone is trying to get through your head is that this will just be the start of what is to be a somewhat roller coaster of a ride in life when it comes to cars (no matter what model or type you have).
