Hey S.C.C. is on Friday night and it has already become flustered with stupid frickin RICE!! IF you guys are goin on Sat, thats all good!!! Just of Friday, they only allow runs till 6 oclock, then you must have a race setup because the tree comes down.

Im probably just going to be a spectator. Just so everyone knows the format of SCC...there will be no times listed. You can start with a flagger (if you want), and you can spot out cars at the starting line. Its just like street racing...and there will be a lot of racing for $$. Normaly the lowest bet is $50. Its a lot like the streets here on chicago.

Hey. It's nice to see that YOU understand that I was just messin' with ya'. If it's one thing I like to do, it's mess with people, jokingly of course. Apparently not everyone here understood that.

I would love to see the street races. And I may even place a few bets outside the track with other guys. But I never race for money or any kind of bet. Hell, I don't even play pool for money. IMHO, that takes the sport out of it, for me anyway.

I want my racing to be fun and I would even consider an organized race like bracket racing. But to do 'Heads Up', I think I would start a new habit of chewing my nails. I couldn't handle the stress. I'd rather just race for the merit of saying "I'm surprised I won" or "I'm not surprised you whooped my ***"

im trying to go, but that is a busy weekend. that sunday ill be in millwaukiee for a school event. so i guess i will try to meet up at that oasis on 294...give me more details and directions!!.. im coming from waukegan, so ill be taking 94 down, then ill hit 294. im guessing ill meet you there then, gimme a time!!!

 

What time do you guys think we should meet at the Hinsdale Oasis? It took me about 40 mins to get to his house from Palos Hills, so we can plan from there.

i'm only 15 minutes from the hinsdale oasis and since i'm right next to the 294, 290 expressway, i'm pretty close by...
so if anyone has a particually time to meet over there that day lemme know!

THE LAST TIME I WAS AT DENNY'S THERE WAS THIS SHERIFF PULLING PEOPLE OVER. I DOUBT THEY WILL BE ABLE TO DO THAT ON SAT JUST BECAUSE OF THE SHEER NUMBER OF 3RD GENS THAT WILL BE THERE. THE ROAD AROUND HIS HOUSE IS VERY INVITING TO RUN ON. JUST WONDER WHAT HIS NEIGHBOORS WILL THINK? THEY MAY MAKE A PHONE CALL TO THE SHERIFF.

1) my car is still waiting for the injectors that i sent about a week ago and
2) i'm still looking for a mass air flow sensor that won't cost me over 300 bucks...but if i can't find one, then i have to buy it...ugh
