Any West Coasters?

I just stuck my trip into Rand McNally trip maker.... only a 43 hour drive. Anyway, just wondering if anyone else is driving from upper OR, WA, or lower BC? It would make the drive a tad more fun if I had someone else to drive with me. Hopefully I can convince the girlfriend that this would make a great senior trip for her!
The route that it planned for me is basically, 90 to 94, all the Turnpikes, then US-40 to Frederick, MD. That is simplified, but I'd love to be able to meet up with some people.
Hopefully someone will go w/ me, if not I'll have to bring 2 cars! :-)

Crap man, all the way to Minnesota w/ no company???
Actually, I already saw that post, but was hoping maybe if someone from this area started being sure about going someone else might say, hey, I can do that.
Here's to hoping.... never been able to caravan to anything before... nobody ever goes from the Northwest....

The regional board and I am not in good company at this time. Long story, but we'll leave it at the Cascade Crew and I have very diferent ideas. The people that I do talk to are not going, pretty much already knew that, which is why I posted here

I threw our trips into Rand McNally and found that for us to meet anywhere near the West coast it would add over a half day of driving for both of us Problem is that we are so far apart.
Hopefully we can work something out, we'll have to stick together at the gathering, we'll be totally outnumbered by those East coasters

EDIT - I just looked at what Rand McNally said was the fastest route... boy it is nothing close to what you are gonna be driving... no FAIR to drive a different route just to get the longest driven award

I am going back and forth about going, Not sure if I can afford to take the time off, as I don't get vacation pay. 41 hour trip, jeesh, dunno who I would take with me in my car. Plus would want to put a CB, always nice to be female and ask the truckers to watch for them bears

Yeah, it is long. If you do decide to go please contact me so we can work something out. We'll be doing the drive in 4 days most likely, which is nearly 12 hours of driving a day.
