(I read the sticky) Is this enough for 13's?

So far, my planned mod list for an 89-92 IROC/Z28 305 with an M-5 is as follows...will this be enough for me to get into the mid 13's?

Couple free mods - ported plenum and the like
SLP Cold Air Kit
Hurst Billet Plus short throw shifter
BFGoodrich KDWS
Hooker Headers - 2055's or 2010's
Dynomax high flow cat
Hooker cat-back
Lots of suspension work (Bilsteins, Pro-Kit, other bolt-on stuff, etc.)
World Products SR Torquer heads
Chevrolet ZZ4 cam
Tuned runners
3.43 gears

What do you guys think? Thanks in advance, and since most replies in the sticky said these kind of threads are ok...

It should go 13s. From what I know the 5.0 5-speed TPIs were similar to the 5.0 Mustangs and fro that mod list I would expect at least mid 13s an street rubber. I think you should see 13s and with sticky tires, even some mid to low 13s!

Erm...I have no idea why I wrote L98 heads there, I was debating those against the SR Torquers and ended up deciding I'd get the Torquer 305 .
