Video of my first run ever at the track

Just signed up with a new web host so not sure if it'll work right away but it is on my end. Anyway, since I have a nice biiiiiig space to upload things with a very nice daily limit, thought I'd post this short video. It's very short since the run was cut off probably around the 1/8th mile

This run I ran a 15.68 @ 89.42 mph and a 2.54 60' spinning. Also the brakes couldn't hold so that's why it kept creeping up. (plus me being nervous as hell not thinking straight hehe) That truck ran a 15.62 @ 88.24 mph but got a red His tailgate was getting closer and closer at the other end lol. 3 runs later I got my best time which is in the sig.

I love the spinning-the-tires-while-waiting-for-the-light technique of the PU.

That's gotta cost at least a tenth, if not two.

What Demon are you running? VS or DP? Cause I would think that you would have a huge flat spot coming off of the line.....Also what jets do you run in it........curious

Also keep goin and tune a little at a time to see what is working and is not.

It's a 750 DP as for jets... I've forgotten lol been a while since I opened it up. I think they're 74 primary, 80 secondary with a green cam in that run. Just changed to a blue cam the other week and picked up the throttle response. There's no flat spots at all, just goes... goes slow but it goes

Huh damn... now I wish I had changed jets at the track after what happend tonight. It seemed to be running a bit lean on the secondary side even before going to the track and my hunch was right. Just went from 74/80 jets to 75/83 and it pulls better. Probably could size it down 1 jet so I'll do that another day. Also the temp gauge showed the engine running cooler after making a test pass. Before, the temp would climb 50 degrees, now it only moves up a little. This is in 57 degree weather at night Dangit, hope I get to go to the track once more before ripping the 305 out I want to hit 14.9X's
