I have a '92 Camaro RS with an LO3. Here are the mods:
TPI heads (416 casting) - heads have new 1.94 valves with some
bowel blending and some polishing.
Also getting new Comp Cams Magnum
rockers.
Hooker 2055 coated headers w/ coated Y pipe
L98 cam
3"cat
Borla cat-back
Port and polished stock intake
Ultimate TBI mods
160* thermostat
Dual snorkel setup
I will also try to tie it all together with some prom tuning.
What kind of horsepower do you think this combo will put out and what numbers at the track?

You are going to need lots of tuning and that should be at the top of your list. If it isn't your car will actually be slower. When my buddy put his full exhaust, LT1 cam, and vortec heads on with a junky tune he ran slower than he did bone stock. However, once properly tuned you should see mid 14's at around an honest 250hp.

Yes I plan on trying for a good tune. I already have a cable and a lap top for data logging.

Right now I don't have anything done. Just starting.
The STB is not crucial when starting to build up the suspension.
As a matter of fact, esams has some WS6/1LE swaybars for sale. 34mm front and 24mm rear. Those would be a better place to start if you dont have em yet.
