Track Car update ...

... finished the rollbar, got the harnesses in and started the re-build of the Hi-Po motor. The next thing will be the fire suppressor system.

Also, got the domain name and started a website for PF Flyer, too.

Next track day will be the week-end of July 9th thru the 11th at Summit Pt, running the new Shenandoah circuit (Fri & Sat) and the Main circuit (Sun).

Looking good, i saw your post on frrax. What fire supression system are you going to be using? i assume you are probably going with 4 sprayer (2 engine bay, fuel tank, cockpit) ???

BTW, good luck at Summit, keep the shiney side up.

since I don't have a fuel cell, at the moment, I'll probably have 2 in the engine compartment and 2 in the cockpit, 1 front and 1 rear.

as a driving instructor, we''ll get the whole day on Friday to drive the new track at Summit. lotta track time.

I hope that you post a report on the new track. I was at summit point in april on the older track and I had a great time. The new track looks even better IMO but i like to autox so the more turns the better.

just got word that we won't be getting on the new track this July. Another delay with the track readiness.
Hopefully the Sept event will still go on as scheduled.
