EST 1/4 mile w/350HO
Here's what I'm running right now:
350HO crate engine, stock w/ roughly 500 miles
vortec RPM intake
Holley 4160, tune is great
timing around 9 degrees
Hedman Hedders into thrush glasspacks
MSD superconductor wires w/ a 50k volt dizzy coil
open element
for the tranny i'm running the stock 700R4 w/ a B&M shift kit and a supercooler. unfortunately, I also have 2.73 rear gears
the car is an 87 LG4 SC, minus the spare tire, and ac.
no options besides a defroster
what would my Est 1/4 mile be w/ 2.73's?
how about 3.42's?
thanks,
Brandon

Should run a mid to low 14 with the 2.73's and a mid 13 with the 3.73's if everything is in tune and working well on sticky street rubber. There are others who go faster with similar power but you will need to set your suspension up for drag use only and get some slicks to really crank out some low 60' times.

i would say high 13's easy
with 2800-3000 stall, you should be mid 13's even with those gears. Just get some good suspension and tires, for great traction and mid 13's is easy.
i run 14 flat on stock L98 with CAI and full exhaust, some minor suspension and 2800 stall. so you have a good bit more power than me

when I had my ZZZ HO350, It ran a best of 13.4 @109mph on stock 255/50-16 street tires. It was backed up with a 5 speed-3.73 gears and ALOT of wheel spin!
