Just got back from the track

Meh, didn't work out too well. Didn't have time to drop the lca's to a lower hole in the bracket so my best 60' tonight was only a 1.80. First full run (had a passenger very first run) my mph was 107, right around the same as last year so I stepped up the jets 2 sizes on the secondaries and gained 3 mph to go 110. Best ET was only a 12.41 I got some tuning to do and may go up for a trophy race next weekend. Tried to use the nitrous but the bottle pressure was too low so it bogged the engine down to run a 13.23 lmao didn't help to have a 2.06 60' either Still had fun for the first race of the year, feels good to be back at the track. Now just to work on getting things running right.

I donno, I am thinking CFI.

EC, if you have AIM I would really like to talk to you. My build is going to be pretty similar to yours, so I want to see what you think and have to say.

wheels look good bro, but i don't like how it squats like that...does the car have a rear sway bar? also, you need to get back and put those lca's down!

what shocks/springs are you running?

I haven't put the rear sway bar back on since putting in the 9 inch, haven't gotten around to getting the brackets. If I go this weekend, I'll be putting the LCA's in the bottom hole to see what happens. Just didn't have the time to do that up at the track with everything else that happened. Springs are stock and I'm sure the shocks and struts are just stock replacements.

ok, put the rear sway bar back on...lets try to get that rearend planted...it' will help decrease the amount the car gets thrown back...it's squating WAY too much and is binding the suspension...that is why your 60's suck so bad.

I'll try and get it fitted back in this week, looks like I'm going back up for Sunday's race.

Edit: got one thing done, the LCA's are now in the lowest hole. Haven't driven it yet, maybe later on today. Also trying to trace down some stupid oil leak that's been evading me for a long time. Drips off the back side on the passenger side of the motor. Sprayed it down with brake clean so everything is dry now.
