Went down to the strip today, and this thing shows up, ive never seen or heard about it! sports full tube chassi, fiberglass doors and front end, twin chutes, air shift, 106mm turbo, 6" down pipe, air/water intercooler..just as this thing was about to make a shakedown, it started raining and they shut the track down...heres some pics i snapped in the pits though, enjoy!

Love seeing third gens in that fashion, looks like a lot of time in that car. Shame you didnt get to see it blister the track. Still a helluva sight.

From the high mounted external third brake light, that's a 1986. That sure is a huge rear wing. 2 chutes means it should run at least 180 mph.

yep, i was betting on 7's but they were only going to do 1/8 shakedowns as this is the first time out, they said a "conservative" 1200rwhp.....that paired with the turbosmart electonic boost controller in the cockpit tells me this things got lots on the table still
