305 GTA First time at the track! Slip
Went to the track tonight and ran a 14.8 @ 92. This track is a slow track and if I took it to the faster track I could probably get some mid 14's

Not bad at all for a 88 GTA car, and those mods! Another good example of a good running stock 305 car.

Hell, they probably ALL run pretty good. Its just that no one else but 2 on here as of late can drive them.

thats what i'm thinking. I was told 305 TPI 5 spds are mid high 14 second cars stock and not many has proven that

my lb9 formula ran 14.7@90mph and 14.8@94mph. only mods were edelbrock headers and 3" exhaust. I have an auto and 2.73 posi rear.

That is a pretty good time. I'm hoping to get at least high 14 in my car.
