Any difference between the different brands of LCARB's?
I figured there isnt, but I'm only asking because Spohn has one that they sell specificaly for Moser housings, which I have. I was looking at the ones from Founders Performance. I e-mailed them and they said that there weld on ones will fit Moser housings also. Just wondering whats different about the Spohn brackets except for the $20 extra they cost over the Founders.

Yea, I definetly dont need that much adjustability, lol. I was just wondering because both Spohn and UMI have brackets specifically for Moser housings but Founders says theirs will fit both stock housings and Moser housings. I was looking at Founders just becasue of the price difference. But I dont want them to fit bad because they are a compromise of two designs. But I also dont want to pay extra if the difference isnt a big deal. I may just get the Spohns though because even though I dont want to pay extra for something I dont need, I dont want to buy something that may not fit that great either.

I believe I bought the spohn ones years and years ago and it felt well on my moser 9". Wish those racecraft ones were out way back when, for all the street/strip time on the car I would have liked the adjustability.

I have a moser 12 bolt and founders LCAs, no problem, excellent fit.

Cool. If they do fit no problem, then I'll save the $20 and get them. Even if the founders do fit good and I get them, I'm still interested in why Spohn and UMI sell ones specifically for the Moser housing and then BMR's site says they wont fit aftermarket housing, but obviously they will. Unless they changed the design from when you bought them mw66nova.
I really hope these things help though. I tried on a set of old 275/60/15 M.T. drag radials today and they did nothing over regular small street tires. Granted they were pretty dry rotted and it was in a parking lot, but still. I could easily spin them from a 30 mph roll and they never even started to hook from a dead stop.
Are those racecraft ones those drilled in the arc of the arm? They almost look like the holes are drilled straight down.

Yea something must either be pretty crappy about your suspension or those tires were shot because I have 275/60/15 MT drag radials and my motor build is very similar to yours but I have a little more cam and heads and I have planked it pretty good in second with 4.11 gears and havent even broke traction. Hopefully lcarbs will help but you might need to look elsewhere for issues as well. Unless those tires were just old and junk. Goodluck and keep us posted.
