Ya, maybe. It all depends on what else needs to be done to the car. That saturday (24th) I am going to get the transmition surviced plus an inspection. Then im going to get some new tires. Unfortunatly I cant be getting on my car until its broken in! O well. I call u later this month so we can show off our cars!

 

ya well it turns out that i wont be getting that 383 like i wanted, my dad fliped when he saw the cost so i have to finish that engine and then drop it with the tranny, and break it in also but after wards ill give you a run for your money.

Hey Squeeks, when you get your car runnin let me know. I want to know what the hooker system sounds like, even though im not putting on headers yet. Im thinking about just sticking with the original exhaust if its still good or getting a Magnaflow or Dynomax with a high flow cat.

 

i just bought a 350 today, and its in the machine shop getting honed and having the shortblock redone, ie new pistons, rings berrings etc. and i get to pick it up late next week so in about two weeks ill have my car up and running hopefully but i am waiting on a few things before i can put on the exhaust system. like making a change of adress so i dont have to take emmissions any more. but anyways are you going to the super chevy show this month, 23rd to 25th?? if you are and if you have your lisence we should cruse out there together. just an idea, later

 

Yea i just got my license yesterday. But my PARENTS wont let me drive anywhere but work, church and if they want me to go anywhere. My uncle is driving me down to Auburn on the 23rd so i can go pick up my car. Then on the 24th im going to try and get it in for new tires and get the transmition serviced and checked out. Then if i need new exhaust then i will have to do that. So if for some reason my parents let me go up i would have to get a ride from my uncle.
Maybe we can meet up in Burien like saturday (24th) or Sunday. My parents will be gone! But my sister is still here although she hast to work. Let me know.

 

ok, like i think i said i pick up my motor at the latest next week, i will have to put on the heads, intake and carb, then drop it with the tranny into the car and take about 3 days to get everything hooked back up, so in about 2/2 1/2 weeks ill have my camaro up and running again, but if i decide to pop on my nos setup the itl be a few more days in the shop which i might do. but if no sure ill meet up with ya and ill have to see how your cks when its actually moving... he he he, i know that feeling now too. anyways talk to you later

sorry, no hooker system comming, my dad wouldnt order it for me, says its a wast of money, so im settling for full length Flowtech headers, to purple hornie glasspacks with turn downs off the packs, so its going to be lould as F V ( l< (bad word there), any ways all i have to do to break in my engine is find a steel hill, keep it in second and cram down the gas, thats it, HAHAHAHA to you having to baby your engine, any ways ill give you a call later this week, peace

 

I was supposed to have my car on friday but the shop was swamped so i wont have it untill later next week. Them bastards!! lol ya ill give you a call later either this week or next.
My uncle is picking me up in his camaro and we are going to the Super Chevy Show on sunday.
