New guy here. After two 2nd gens and 3 fourth gens I am finally getting a third gen. I got a 1983 Z28 5 speed with a 350(not the stock engine obviously). I got a pretty good deal on it I think and will be lurking around here getting info. I plan on the first iteration being a small block then when my sons are old enough to help out a little going with a big block. We'll see where the journey takes us. Here's a pic. Not too bad for $800 I think.

I've had a 94 Camaro, a 96 Trans Am and a 01 Trans Am for fourth gens. Its cool if not much talk goes on, I guess I've gotten used to other sites where they talk a little more. I thought it was a pretty good deal also and since I have been looking for a project and it was something I've never had I got it. I have all ready read a lot here and have some ideas as to what I want to do. Thanks for having a very informative site.
