eldelbrock performer plus cam and lifters, new pushrods,rebuilt heads with suregrip valve springs, performer manifold, headman headers, new carb,feul pump, egr, waterpump, thermostat, rad, all emission legal parts, high flow converter,, new sound system with amp and sub woofer,,, runs better than i thought with these parts,, paid 4000 for it and now have a little more than 7 in it. next is sub frame connectors, posi,, when the bottem end starts going i,ll put in a 345 hp gm crate moter,,, if anyone wants the stock 4 barrel manifold, the stock exhaust manifolds and the stock stero let me know.

 

So what is the point of this post?

Just go down to california, they have quite a few legal third gens.

 

And not that it changes the "legality" of, but WA is dropping emissions testing within the next couple of years completely.

 

another thing is, these cars value is going to go up the older they get, and collectors like origenal cars that hav,nt been hacked up.

 

That's rather irrelevant to me since I'm going to be keeping mine until I die. I'd miss it way too much if I sold it.

 

That is very true. Though a person with the exact same modification that you listed could of easily of hacked up their car.

 

yes, but i still have the stock parts. thinking about giving the car to my son , after he gets out of prison,,, and geting me another chevelle,,, this is the only car i have built that is emission legal,, and it was a pain in the ***,
