hmm.. what do you guys think about the 427? if yer not familier with the specs...

looks like fun hehe.. if i go for it, should i do alum or cast iron heads? and what kinda tranny? oh yah, and gears.. whatcha all think? think i can squeeze in a blower? yah so i admit, engines arent my best subject.. but id appreciate any opinions/suggestions! thanks guys!

if you really have money to burn I can find the article of a guy who put a 802 or something about that large.... in his first gen camaro and yes I am not lying I think it was like an 802
I know for sure it had at least 700 cubs under the hood
maybe I need to find that article for myself again


thing put out 800 hp on pump gas without any turbo,n2o, or s/c


now he put a blower on it I think and is making well into 1200 hp on a street car

I rarely get 15 in my beast
thats because i spin the tires at every stoplight, and race anything i find... ANYTHING.

now I know why I haven't switched to a thirdgen yet


get about 22-24mpg

and still can (if the car is running) pull off some nice 1/4


oh well end to that
N/A is going back in gas will go up a tad and speed will drop a lot :-(

tons of people get well over 20 mpg with their 5.7's Take Glenn98 for example. It's all in the prom
