is the crank a 3.48" stroke (stock 350)? has it ever been used? if so, will it need undergrinding?

The crank is a 3.48" stroke. It is brand new, straight out of a Jegs rolling assembly kit (I had a 1 piece seal and not 2 piece).

More Info:

The pistons are Black 7cc Flat Top - Comp Ratio: 10.9:1 w/58cc, 10.2:1 w/64cc, 8.9:1 w/76cc with 5.700" connecting rod and
standard crank. The "United Engine and Machine
Company" part number is KB106 and the web site is
http://kb-silvolite.com/performance....tails&P_id=156

The crank is a standard cast steel Eagle crank for blocks with 2 piece rear main seal. I can't find a part number from the manufacturer, but here are all the specs I could find:

".092 radius on rod, main journals, rear seal & snout for increased strength & still use inexpensive OE bearings! "

"Journal finish of 6 R.A. or less."

Stroke:3.480 Bob weight:1870 Rod journal:2.100 Main journal:2.450 Balance:Internal
