2 Alpine CD players for sale.

I have two Alpine CD players for sale. The first is a model CDA-7940. It has the graphite grey face. The second is a model CDA-7941 and has the black face. Both decks have the same features such as front, rear and subwoofer outputs, 4volt preamp on these outputs, no amplifier power so you'll need amps to run them, both have BBE sound processing as well as dual illumination (amber and green), cd changer control and removeable face. They both have adjustable bass frequencies for the subs set at 60,80 and 100Hz so there's no need for a crossover. These decks have served me well. I am upgrading to 7" screen units in both my vehicles and won't need these anymore. Asking $50 plus shipping for each.

Put me in line for one of those. I'll wait for the pics, but I could use another deck.
Is the color of the face the only difference? If so I'd be interested in the graphite one.
Thanks

A conflict between my scanner and a new Kodak easyshare program has disabled my scanner and I'm unable to post pics of the cd player yet. If you're still interested I may be able to email it to you if you'll get me your email address.

Yea, I got 'em! Just been to broke to respond.
I've got a deal in the works and should have some $ coming in Sat or Sun.

Very clean lookin unit.
Do these come with the remote and instructions?

Also, I'm a little out of touch when it comes to some of this audio stuff, what do ya mean by "no amplifier power so you'll need amps to run them, both have BBE sound processing"? Does that mean they won't power a speaker at all without an amp? Not even the front channels?
I've got an amp but would I have to have another amp for the front speakers?

Ohh, back to school I go!

I got and responded to your pm Steve.
The no amplifier power is exactly that, you'll have to have an external amp to drive any and all speakers you use with this unit. The BBE signal processing is more or less a glorified equalizer and tonal control rolled up into one. It works but I never used it much.

The black face Alpine is sold (7941). I still have the graphite Alpine available (7940) for the same $50 plus shipping. Identical to the 7941 except for color.
