I'm looking to buy a l98 running 5.7 tpi. stock is fine and mildly modified as long as it is running is also good. looking to get out of tbi and into tpi hopefully. would need all accessories to swap into 1990 rs. list a price and area and hopefully we can make a deal

 

i have an tpi 350 l98 engine out of a formula 350...with 85K miles on it? make offer.

 

where are u located at? what all have u done to it? and i've seen them on this site for around $850 and lower, does that sound reasonable?

 

im in illinois........its a stock tpi 350 with a tpi air foil, 1.6 roller rockers....nothing much else i was thinkin that price actually, but its kinda low mileage, and a few mods, so let me know

 

well chicago is a ways from me, if i were to get it then i'd probaly have my dad in va get it and hold it for me cause im in florida right now. is there a reason ur pulling it? i'll let ya know soon tho if i can pick it up around there. thanks alot

Would you be willing to remove the intake from the motor...as in sell it as a long block??? Basically heads and down.. I dont need accessories...and I could come and pick it up...if so what would that cost be?? Im sure you could easily sell the tpi unit for $300+ on ebay..

 

i have a jasper with 5k on it complete from powre steering to oil pan trans painless harness,shifter hurst,external fuel pumps,fans,comp. but will sell just the eng for 1000 live in baltimore and will drive some.paid over 2000 just for eng then wrecked the car.

 

is the jasper the L05? cause thats what i already have in my car and im trying to get rid of it.
