Has anyone Supercharged a 350?

Do a little searching on this board, you'll find many guys here running superchargers and turbos... Doing a search usually gives me the info i need, these guys are pretty thourough

no it is not possible to supercharge a 350. the kiniflin rod that controls the exhaust valve actuator cannot handle the exhaust gas temperatures that often reach the temperature of the surface of the sun.

I bet it's a close call between the 350 and the ford 302 for the most modified engine. You can buy performance parts for a 302W at pretty much anywhere.. 7-11, Walmart, Target....

dammit why didn't gm keep producing their own 302.
