305 tbi nitrous help

I am thinking about putting on the nos setup on my 305 tbi but also want to add a performance chip to my car to get rid of the top speed limiter, and I have read that chips and nitrous dont mix is there a special chip I can use or do I have to custom burn my own chip.

yes it cuts me off at 115 like all other 305 tbi, which is why I hate this engine but I still want to mod it to see what they can do but would much rather have a 350 TPI. if anybody knows of a chip I can use let me know or should I just not use the nitrous.

I have never had a TBI car and so never have seen a speed limiter

Read the tech articles and you will see the speed limiter was put on the low output engines whicg is a 305 tbi.

i would definitely get a new chip custom burnes, since from what i have seen, a lot of chips make you run lean for some reason. you DO NOT need a chip, though, if all you are doing is running nitrous. its not a requirement or anything.
