NOS won't work!!!!!

Ok, I purged the system, i've got 1000 psi (just filled the tank), and the solenoid is working. What is the problem? I just can't get the nitrous to flow.

Did you check for kinks in the hose? Does your arming switch work right. Mine had a short in it and I was having trouble until I put in another switch.

Does the solenoid open? At all even if you complete the circuit with a jumper wire just to test.

I have seen alot of systems fail to work or work inconsistently due to putting all the power through the micro switch, If you didnt use a ralay then you may wish to consider using one AND replacing the microswitch because they get a little burned up inside.

Ok, the solenoid does open, because before i ran it i disconnected it from the carb plate and it sprayed. I went down the track and i flipped the toggle switch and it just bogged down and black smoke was pouring out the exaust. Not sure about the fuel pressure switch. What am I looking for? Thanks for the responses.

sounds like you're definitely getting the fuel, but not the NAWS.

If your pressure ever went above 1200 Psi, its probobly the solonoid. Many of the newer NOS brand solonoids have a saftey valve inside that will restrict the flow. I have had that problem before. If you call NOS tech line they will tell you the same thing. You can feel the solonoid clicking, but will not flow.
