vortec carb charger on tbi?

i did a search an found nothing interesting so i'll make a post.
at the end of summer i'll have my lil vortec 350 with mildly ported heads, single plane intake and lt4 cam. what i'm wondering is this car we (tbi users) use the stock ecm setup in a supercharged system or am i better off going dfi or holly 950? also can the vortec carb charger be used with our setup.

i posted here because i wanted input from tbi owners, not a lot of replies saying just get a carb.....i wanted to get some realistic help from people who program or at least try to work with factory style tbi systems. thanx for your observatiion though
