Yes, they are two saab 900 intercoolers. It looks like they will get pretty good air, i just cut two holes out of the trays on each side and let them drop down to the supports that are underneath. They will get quite a decent amount of air, i have cut a rectangle out of the plastic on the underside of the bumper and am in the process of making sheet metal scoops to direct air to them. I'll get some pictures up of how that looks this weekend.

by the way, does anyone know of if it is possible to buy any aluminum elbows anywhere that i could have welded to the outlet of the radiator? If not, it's just going to be a crazy rubber mess to get it around the turbo, although i've seen mustang setups with their turbos as close to radiator hoses as mine since the turbos aren't mounted extremely close to the motor. Just a shot.

I know different turbo shops sell aluminum elbows. 2inch to 3inch, I believe.

Balael6: DO you have any more pics on your intake scoops as pictured above? Like how they go into the engine bay and so on?

I am looking at a similar idea and I like how yours look from the front.

Thanks.

Here's a pic of how much air the Ic's should be getting, hope it helps.
