Turbo header design

Hi, that turbo header design was the result of various years of making turbo headers for my car. Is a simple, compact, easy plug access (about 15 minutes for a spark plug change in the turbo header side), easy bolt removal, tightening(every bolt on that header is easily accesible, no scratching your fingers or hands), yet capable of big horsepower numbers turbo header that can be used with A/C (with "V" belt pulley system, serpentine belt system needs to delete/relocate the A/C compressor or change to "V" belt).
Now that my car has been A/C deleted I am going to get more creative, probbably an equal lenght full header design. This could be sell without any components and without risk of non fit of downpipe or turbo because of lack of space. Without the A/C unit is whole new world in there, much more space.
I agree, my design is not full header like, but how else you can have; A/C, a 3" dia. down pipe which removes in 2 minutes, easy spark plug access( a 15 min change), easy overall bolt access, compact and capable of big horsepower numbers(573rwhp).
I hope now you guys understand why decided to design the turbo header this way. :-)
Take care.

I would not hestitate, if you where in the market for a turbo system, to buy a setup from him. I bought a partial setup and that worked out great, I can't imagine how great his turbo setup will be. Besides that, he is a great person. He overnighted my Turbo kit because it took him longer then expected to make the emblems I requested, which costed him well above what I paid for shipping. Plus, the emblems he makes (laser cut, polished) are absoltely BEAUTIFUL! I put them on my car before the National Gathering and was blown away by how they look on my car.
Hopefully this can become the first true turbo kit for our cars!

Hi, this are the stainless steel laser cut emblems that some of you ask me about. I can do custom works, whatever you want on stainless steel up to 1/2" thick or plain steel, aluminum(up to #14ga. it damages the lences which are very very expensive).

I have been fabricating single turbo headers for "V" belt or serpentine equiped cars without A/C all this week. I was supposed to start on Tuesday(yesterday) the twin turbo headers because there are some people asking for them(TPI383). I also contacted a guy here to turbocharge for free his 89' Camaro Iroc Z with serpentine pulley setup and operating A/C. Both my GTA's dont have A/C that's why I had to go look for another car with stock engine parts. We agree that this next week I will be working on his car so I can get his setup and my header. His car is not equiped with the smog pump, but I guess that it wont be a problem, just have to relocate the wastegate. I am going to work also on the twin turbo headers as well, so lets see how I am going to manage all that. In summary, serpentine turbo setup will be available at the end of next week!! For those of you seriously interested let me know, because I will not make as much headers/kits as the other single turbo kit(the one for "V" belts or serpentine without A/C). For pricing, we all just have to wait how many times I pinch my fingers and hands, give me headaches, burns, etc...
