Very nice.

Dude I must say I'm lovin the intake your're using for the blower. Custom or what? I want one for my install because I know the heat from my headers will kill my power...

Thanks. I made the intake out of 3 separate 4" mandrel bends. The radii were really wide so I had to tighten them up by cutting sections out and rewelding. That is about as good as it could have gotten. Any wider and it would have hit the brake proportioning valve and wouldn't have fit under the hood. I just moved the filter to outside the car. If it is nice tomorrow I will post a new pic up.

Some more are up now. Including the revised intake and filter location.

Thats very nice. Did you make the blower bracket yourself? If not how much did it cost? Nice clean install. Btw How much power are you making?
Thanks,
Kory

Thanks. Yes, I designed and cut out the bracket myself. The only thing I didn't do was mill the section for balancer. I had a friend do that for me. I don't know much about machine shop

I don't know how much power I am making after the blower. I know it was a little over 300 at the wheels n/a. Put 8lbs of boost on that and who knows. I am waiting on my injectors to arrive and then shortly thereafter I will be getting it tuned.

Noice! I dont believe Ive ever seen a supercharged LT1 in a 3rd gen. a few people have asked here but no one has ever done it. You can get the 4th gen kits to fit the 3rd gens to the best of my knowledge.

Again, nice job!

Thanks everyone. From what I saw with the p600b, you can't make it work(using only the 4th gen kit). I started with a 4th gen kit. The bracket placed the charger in the space occupied by the steering gear. I moved the gear to the framerail about a 1/4" and still couldn't get the bracket on. It needed at least another inch. That wasn't happening.

Maybe some of the other kits would fit but I don't know. I know that where the blower is currently, is very tight. Might not look like it but it is. !" higher and I am looking at hood clearance issues along with an even tighter turn in the intake. 1" lower, and I will be close to hitting headers and the steering gear. !" to the left and I will be hitting block. !" right and I will be close to the inner fender. You get the idea. I am just glad it all worked out.

Right now, I am using stock tuning with an fmu. I recently got my 42lb injectors in so I will be installing them and driving to the dyno to have it professionally tuned.
