hey has anyone ever put this on

ok iave seen a few setups like this on ebay are they for real and does anyone have one i really like the way it looks and 400hp on a stock 350 sounds nice this pic is off a setup that the guy wants $6000 for it installed i have seen one however one ebay for just the turbos and the headers the turbo goes on for $2500 that would be more what i would look into as i am "po" i dont even have the money to get the extra o and the r to be poor i spend it all on my TA

but anyway does anyone know anything about this setup??
