Yes I have done a few. All of them were street cars on budgets one car ran a 225 shot using a performer rpm another a 175 shot pump gas 10.3 and a 10.8 ets

did you have any problems using the 225 shot on the dual plane rpm intake ? Did you have any spacers under the nitrous plate ? Also could you give more details on that motor ?

The only problem he had was trying to run the motor and nitrous off of one old holley blue pump. This was with two stages of nitrous. 125 shot first gear and a 275 shot second thru third gear. Lost fuel pressure and bent two ring glands. The car had many 225 shots and worked great. No spacers. Specs .040 block stock cast crank with eagle 5.7 rods TRW 2256 pistons block was torq plated and honed and bal. World products 200cc heads ported by me flowed 255in and 190ex comp cams 294s cam with a 106 lobe separation custom grind. performer rpm and a 650 dp carb. and 1.6 roller rockers This was also the car that went 10.3 on the 225 shot.

thanks ross.

i have went 10.98 @ 124 on a 150 shot, but i'm trying to go 10.50. I just switched over to a vic jr and the car has definatly lost some bottom end, the track will tell me exactly how much. I switched because NOS said not to run more than 175 on the dual plane, but i have heard others have done it.

I don't have much motor for the vic jr. i may be putting the RPM back on. I have mine set up as a dual stage now. I plan 100 shot out of the box ( with dual plane was 1.55 60') and then 250 with the timer at 1 sec.
