Never thought of that either. What are those made of??At first i used a check valve from a 3rd gen f-body's windshield washer sys.It worked great but i tryed to remove it to see if it was still operational after i put it under boost and it popped apart at its seam. After searching the junkyards and my parts cars i couldnt find another that was operational. No pet shop close but i'll see what i can find next time im outa town. Thanks

I have a drawthru turbo sys and i need the check valve to regulate the primary metering rods on a boost referenced quadrajet carb. The factory used a sys called a Power Enrichment Vacuum Regulator.Without the special throttle plate and gasket and pevr the primary rods would be thinking its under a high vacuum situation when the turbo is boosting and would close the primary jets. The one way check valve will let the carb see reg vacuum measures without boost but when boost was applied the check valve would close off vacuum and pressure to the power piston that controls the primary rods and make it think its in a WOT situation and will open the primarys fully.
