Tta Fmic

Here's a pic of my fmic project! Have absolutely no time to do anything it's been this way for a week now. Need to bend up the sway bar(hollow) cut the rest of the piping and get it recored and she's done....

Also the power steering cooling lines need to be removedand a cooler installed. Have an eye on one with an fittings looks like an external fuel pump almost nice piece.
And I gotta order a Z28 air dam, only one low enough to cram the air in there, since it's taking up most of the frontal area it may need cooling help we'll see.

By the way the bumper suppoerts were notched to accomodate the inlets and outlets in this posistion.

Actually this setup is above where the normal air dam bottoms out. I can even get it flush with the underside of the rad support. It's not street driven maybe a blast or two but mostly will be track oriented......

do a search for TTA850. He's got a nice fmic withthe end tanks routed under the radiator support. Mine come straight out then 180* under the support. With the air dam spaced to sit a tad lower it should ram enough air through the IC to really make a difference. I was getting knock at 18psi on 93 with the stocker so we'll see how much more effective this is. It's about 1 1/2 times as big as the stocker with larger inlets and outlets it should help.

It's getting recored, blasted andpressure checked now so it'll be ready to go sometime this week..... I'll post pics of the completed setup. Got the IC from a friend so my only cost is the recoring and $150 on the bends.
