getting a NOS kit... now i ...............

so i get a NOS 5151 kit comming. It has a 150 jet in it. Anything i should do before i spray the hell out of it? The car runs ***** to the wall now. I just want to be 110% sure and to make sure i dont miss or over look anything. its got a newer stock fuel pump, accel super coil, new cap and rotor, new wires, new plugs... so the ing. should be ok? Its on a WOT switch also. any words of wisdom?

Start spraying small at 1st, then go bigger

Use the search button for starting to use the n2o,

You need a bigger fuel pump if you are going bigger than 50hp shot.

I dunno, over a $100 fuel pump you"ll risk a $1500 motor?

Ya, take the 150 out and put in the 50 jets. Then 75, then 100. This is why n2o gets a bad name. Nitrous is easy power, too easy.

5 gallon bucket in the trunk to carry the engine home in.

AAA Gold memebership paid up.

Naw, have fun, just like anything else, only do it if you can afford the possible consequences, and money/time spent ahead of time testing and for a safer setup tends to postpone the accedent that causes the consequences...

Start off with a 75 shot; it'll only make you want more, I don't see a 50 shot doing anything but wasting a little bit of your gas. Get some colder plugs, pull a little bit of timing out, run some octane booster and put it on a WOT switch. Start off more safe than sorry and slowly work towards getting nuts. Scanning software to monitor knock counts and a WBO2 are worth their weight in gold both N/A and on the bottle.

whats the best way to use a throttle activated nitrous system? i've always been afraid of pushing it, and have only used it a few times. i would always slowly get the rpms up over 3000 in 3rd gear, with the throttle at about 2/3, then floor it once i passed 3k. i always let off it, and did the same thing for overdrive. can i leave it floored through the shift, or can i spray it before 3000 rpm? use it in 2nd gear maybe even? i have 3.73 gears, mod list in sig.
