differences in N20 kits?

I've got a '92RS with a '95 LT1. I'm looking at getting a nitrous kit for it but I'm curious. I've seen kits for TPI and kits for LT1, whats the difference and why couldn't I use the TPI kit on my LT1?

I would recommend getting a Nitrous Express kit for your car. Go to their website at http://www.nitrousexpress.com/

They will have all the information there about what you need for your car and a phone number to call if you have questions. These guys are based there in Texas and are a lot more nice than all the other companies I have delt with. They actually will take the time to explain why their system is superior than others and have all kinds of information on how to optimize the performance of your system.

Hope this helps.

I have a LT-1 kit on my TPI car and have had no problems. The spray plates are both for the factory 48mm throttle body for both cars. As far as I could tell...not much of a difference except the jets included with the kit.

The TPI kits usually use a wet setup where they have a separate solenoid for fuel and nitrous. SOME LT1 kits are dry where they only use a nitrous solenoid and a pressure regulator to add extra fuel in via the factory injectors.

The nitrous works LT1 kit is wet. It draws the fuel for its kit from the schrader valve on the fuel rail.

You can use your TPI kit as long as you have somewhere to draw your fuel from.
