thinking about supercharging the 6, need advice.
I was thinking about getting a blower put on to give my 6 a nice kick in the butt.I plan on a centrifugal supercharger that puts out about 4.5 psi.The problem....no kit available, so I would have to do it myself. So anyone feel free to answer my questions, I would appreciate it very much.
1. With the 4.5 PSI, would the computer/fuel pump/fuel injectors need upgrading?
2 Would I need a FMU?
3. How hard is it making a bracket(s)to mount the supercharger? I;m thinking more along the lines of it being a big PITA, not really something to mind boggling.
4. On the piping that runs from the supercharger to the throttle body there are some kind of rubbery looking things that slide over the piping and get clamped down, what are these and where can I get them?
thanks.

nitrous is much easier and more effective at adding torque and improving your E.T.
If you must supercharge then I'd recommend the Powerdyne for a low-boost V6 application. Just get a kit and use the brackets it comes with.
The silicone tubing can be had from a hardware store cheap.
A good adjustable FMU should work good enough.
